This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance, to wit: amphetamine, in the amount of less than twenty-eight grams aggregate weight, including any adulterants and dilutants. Following the jury's verdict of "guilty," appellant entered a plea of "true" to the enhancement of punishment paragraph of the indictment alleging a prior and final conviction of delivery of marihuana.
