BAKER, J.

Following Daryl Johnson's conviction in Seattle Municipal Court for violating Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 12A.10.070, the City of Seattle's lewd conduct ordinance, he appealed to the King County Superior Court. At the superior court level, Johnson raised, inter alia, the constitutionality of the ordinance and the sufficiency of the complaint. The Superior Court affirmed the conviction.
