KLIEBERT, Judge.

Defendant, Edward T. Delaune, was charged by bill of information with one count of aggravated burglary in violation of R.S. 14:60, and one count of attempted aggravated rape in violation of R.S. 14:27 and 14:42. A jury found him guilty of aggravated burglary and attempted forcible rape. A multiple offender bill was filed and defendant was sentenced to twenty years at hard labor on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. The first two years...
