Defendants-Appellants Charles D. Caudill, Doffie Lynn Fugate, and Gary Icenhouer were charged in a one-count indictment of conspiring to distribute 500 grams or less of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.1 A jury found the defendants guilty of the crime charged, and the district court sentenced Charles Caudill to twenty-one months imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release...
