OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellants bring five points of error on appeal. We affirm.

On January 9, 1988, Hans Maderazo, the son of Fulgencio and Monica Maderazo (appellants), died in an explosion and fire at Archem Company (Archem). On the date of the explosion, Archem was a subscriber of the Workers' Compensation Act. Appellants filed suit against Archem seeking actual and exemplary damages. Archem answered...
