Columbia Portland Cement Company ("Columbia") petitions this court for review of the May 31, 1989 decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (the "Board") finding that Columbia violated section 8(a)(1), (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA"), codified at 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3), (5).
