Plaintiff-appellant Susan A. Alizadeh (Alizadeh) appeals a final judgment of the district court, which, in accordance with a jury verdict, ruled against Alizadeh in her civil rights suit brought against Safeway Stores, Inc. (Safeway), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and ordered that she pay Safeway attorneys' fees of $33,750.13 under 42 U.S.C. § 1988. On her appeal, Alizadeh challenges only the award of attorneys' fees.
