This is an appeal by J.R. Smith Oil Company, Inc., and its insurer from an award of worker's compensation benefits to Vernon Acklie. The basis of the liability of the Oil Company is the finding by the trial court that the oil company was the principal contractor for the remodeling of the Executive Plaza Building in Bristol, Virginia.
