In March 1988, Israel Salva was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and three counts of possession with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. sections 841(a)(1) and 846 and 18 U.S.C. section 2. In a separate information, the government charged him with one count of engaging in the business of selling firearms without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections 2 and 922(a)...
