A jury convicted Kevin Dixon of one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). The district court1 imposed a sentence of 84 months' imprisonment and four years' supervised release. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
