Matthew Follett appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Southern District of Iowa finding him guilty, following a guilty plea, of possession with intent to distribute 2,500 dosage units of LSD in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(v). The district court sentenced Follett to 84 months imprisonment, 4 years supervised release, a $20,000 fine, and a $50 special assessment...
