OPINION

THE COURT.

We review the recommendation of the Review Department of the State Bar Court (review department) that petitioner, Thomas J. Connor, be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, that the order of suspension be stayed, and that he be placed on probation for two years. The recommended conditions of probation include 90 days' actual suspension.
