Charged under a two-count indictment with conspiracy to distribute and distribution of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1), defendant-appellant, Carlos Rivera-Espinoza, raised the affirmative defense of entrapment at trial.
