HIGGINS, Judge.
This case, on transfer from the Court of Appeals, Western District, presents whether the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, 50 U.S.C.App., section 525, serves to toll the limitation of section 473.083.6, RSMo, on perfecting a timely-filed will contest.
