The dispute currently before the Court most assuredly represents the prelude to a war in the coffee maker industry. At stake is the relatively new and potentially lucrative market for microwave coffee makers. In this case, the two parties are rival manufacturers of so-called "high tech," drip-type microwave coffee makers.
