This is an action brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (hereinafter "ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, wherein the plaintiff claims that defendant Nestle-Puerto Rico, Inc., (hereinafter "NPR") terminated his employment because of his age.
