The appellant was charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of his wife. After a jury trial, the appellant was convicted of the lesser-included offense of manslaughter and sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal he argues that the trial court erred in refusing to grant his motion for a new trial and that the trial court erred in allowing the State to cross-examine him about prior bad acts.
