Appellant, Gary Lynn Wolfe, appeals a judgment of conviction for the offense of felony theft. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 31.03(e)(4)(C) (Vernon Supp.1988). The jury rejected appellant's "not guilty" plea and found him guilty as charged in the indictment.
