GARTZKE, P.J.

James Schmidt appeals from an order affirming the decision of the Wisconsin Employee Trust Funds Board. The board refused to credit Schmidt's employe trust fund account with three years of "creditable service." We conclude that he is entitled to those credits and therefore reverse the order of the circuit court and remand the matter to the board for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
