BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Charles D. Smith was convicted after entering pleas of no contest to one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree (sale of cocaine), a class B felony, AS 11.71.030, and one count of theft in the second degree, a class C felony, AS 11.46.130. Superior Court Judge Richard D. Savell sentenced Smith to a term of four years for the controlled substance offense and imposed a consecutive term of two years...
