This is an appeal from the dismissal of a complaint alleging that the defendant, a firm that issues credit cards to truckers for use at participating truckstops, violated federal antitrust law by prohibiting the plaintiff truckstop from exacting a surcharge of more than five percent on purchases made with defendant's credit cards. We conclude that the plaintiff has alleged no injury of the sort that the antitrust laws were designed...
