On 30 March 1983, plaintiffs instituted this action seeking to remove clouds upon the title to certain real property in which they claim a one-half undivided interest in fee simple. The trial court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs appealed. This court reversed and the case was tried by a jury in Hyde County in May 1988.
