Billy Dewayne Price, appellant, was tried by jury for the crimes of First Degree Murder, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 701.7(C), and Lewd Molestation, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1983, § 1123, in the District Court of Rogers County, Case No. CRF-85-95.
