Myra Gonzales appeals from a judgment that dismissed her Wisconsin Consumer Act complaint on the grounds that the circuit court lacked subject matter jurisdiction. Gonzales had alleged that AM Community Credit Union (AMC) violated sec. 427.104(1)(j), Stats., when it instituted payroll deductions because AMC knew or ought to have known that the debt upon which the deductions were premised had been discharged in bankruptcy.
