The defendant, Wiley Hall Jr., also known as "Stroll," was charged by bill of information with four counts of distribution of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967A(1). He proceeded to a jury trial and was convicted on Counts 2, 3 and 4.
