Ordered that the order is modified by deleting therefrom the provision which struck interrogatories numbered 9 (a), 9 (b) and 9 (c), and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the plaintiffs' motion which was for a protective order striking interrogatories numbered 9 (a), 9 (b) and 9 (c); as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
