Evelyn Touchet, Linda Neveu, and Carl Neveu, on behalf of his minor son, Angelo, filed this suit for damages allegedly resulting from an automobile accident on September 7, 1982.1 Linda Neveu and her son, Angelo, were guest passengers in the Touchet vehicle.
