No. 89-159.

548 So.2d 286 (1989)

Raymond PAUL, Plaintiff/Appellant, v. Ed BRUMBY, Defendant/Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

September 5, 1989.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Katz, Coral Gables, for appellant.

Mark A. Cohen, and Mitchell J. Panter, Miami, for appellee.

Before HUBBART, FERGUSON and GERSTEN, JJ.
