This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County quieting title in the defendants, the successors and assigns of the Baldwin Locomotive Works. Greyhound Corporation is the only defendant to have filed a brief in this court. The appellant, Central Delaware County Authority [the Authority], purchased eleven acres of land from Baldwin in 1941, and another three acres in 1950. The deeds from those transactions...
