This action arises from an auto accident which took place on January 18, 1986, wherein plaintiff, Brenda Fuqua, was injured when the vehicle in which she was riding as a guest passenger was rear-ended by defendant, Kenneth Edwards. Ms. Fuqua filed suit against Kenneth Edwards and his insurer, Gulf Insurance Company. United Services Automobile Association (United), the insurer of the vehicle in which Ms. Fuqua was riding, was also named as a defendant...
