This case involves the question of whether the Workers' Compensation Act requires an employer to pay for out-patient nursing services provided by an injured worker's spouse when the employee is not permanently and totally disabled. The Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals denied recovery from the date the employer notified the employee that it would no longer make such payments.
