Defendants, Russland Enterprises, Inc., Capitol Adult Video, Inc. Bryan T. Ledet, and Kenneth J. Ledet, were jointly indicted by the East Baton Rouge Parish Grand Jury for eight counts of obscenity, in violation of La.R.S. 14:106.
