Nakhle, M.D., appeals the decision of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, which affirmed the State Medical Board of Ohio's ("board's") decision to deny Nakhle's request for reinstatement of his license to practice medicine and surgery in Ohio, and deny Nakhle's eligibility to apply or obtain such license at any time.
