Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.

We find that the court properly stayed the plaintiffs' prosecution of the instant New York action based upon another action pending in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, by some of the present defendants against the present plaintiffs (see, CPLR 3211 [a] [4]). Although there is an additional party in the plaintiffs' action in New York, it is substantial rather than complete...
