Appellant appeals from a summary judgment entered in a suit brought by the appellee for wrongful dishonor of a letter of credit. We reverse.

The appellant issued an irrevocable letter of credit to Hobbs Construction and Development Company for the benefit of the appellee, who was to tow a ship from Puerto Rico to Boston for Hobbs.
