This matter comes before the court on preliminary objections filed by defendants, Mark H. Pollock and the law firm of Fingeret, Pollock, Cohen, and Zavarella. Their objections by way of demurrer assert that plaintiff's amended complaint fails to state a cause of action upon which relief may be granted. For reasons set forth below, defendants' objections are overruled.
