PER CURIAM:

The defendant in this proceeding, James Edgar Bates, was sentenced to from one-to-five years in the State Penitentiary for manslaughter, one-to-five years in the State Penitentiary for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and from two-to-ten years in the State Penitentiary for distribution of marijuana to a person under age eighteen. The sentences were imposed so as to run consecutively. On appeal, the defendant claims that he introduced evidence...
