This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

The defendant-appellant, Chief Thundercloud Way, was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01, one count of felonious assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11, and one count of having a weapon while under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.13.
