Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, the provision thereof which granted that branch of the cross motion which was to vacate the settlement as to Arnold Greenstein is deleted, a provision denying that branch of the cross motion is substituted therefor, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, for the entry of an appropriate judgment against Arnold...
