SCHOLFIELD, J.

The defendant, Larry G. Petitclerc, appeals his conviction on count 1 of taking a motor vehicle without owner's permission. We affirm.

FACTS

The following facts were stipulated to by the parties by written stipulations filed June 12 and June 16, 1987.
