Findings of Fact

On July 2, 1987, the claimant, Sally E. Hensley, was granted an award of reparations in the amount of $36.89. Subsequent supplemental awards of reparations were granted to the claimant on April 11, 1988, and February 9, 1989, which total $673.63. All awards granted to the claimant total $710.52.
