The Pima County Merit System Commission, Pima County and Clarence Dupnik, Pima County Sheriff, appeal from a judgment of the superior court reversing the termination of Jason Williams, a corrections officer employed by the Pima County Sheriff's Office, and ordering his reinstatement with back pay.
