Richard Langlois appeals from a trial court order denying his motions to modify child support and to vacate a seek-work order. Richard's sole financial resource is Supplemental Security Income (SSI), received pursuant to Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. secs. 1381-1383c.
