LARSON, J.:

In this "child in need of care" action, the paternal grandparents (C.F. and S.F.) appeal from the district court's order that the maternal grandmother (E.B.) and the maternal grandfather (J.W.) remain the legal guardians of the minor child (A.F.).

A.F. was born to R.F. and R.F. on July 17, 1986. The natural mother is a paraplegic due to spina bifida, with attendant physical and emotional problems...
