MAYER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board), 23 M.S.P.R. 465 (1984), sustaining the Army's dismissal of Roy L. Lyles, Jr., after his security clearance was revoked. We affirm.
