Plaintiff-appellants, Delores and Mack Killebrew (collectively, the "Debtors"), filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 1985. In 1987, they filed the complaint in the instant proceeding, seeking the turnover of certain assets from defendant-appellee, Charles Brewer, the bankruptcy trustee (the "Trustee").
