On January 28, 1988, pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), Pamela Iglesias entered a conditional guilty plea to a charge of possession with intent to distribute heroin, reserving her right to appeal the district court's denial of her motions to suppress and to compel discovery.
