Frederick Everett, M.D., a physician practicing in Fargo, N.D., and utilizing St. John's Hospital, located in that place, was without any pre-suspension hearing summarily suspended on July 18, 1988, from his hospital privileges by action of the Executive Committee of the medical staff of the hospital, pursuant to Article VII, section 2 of its by-laws.
