Plaintiffs, owners of U.S. Patent No. 3,507,538 (Stoller patent) brought suit individually against Ford Motor Company (Ford), Chrysler Corporation (Chrysler) and Mercedes-Benz of North America, Inc. (MBNA) for patent infringement. The cases were consolidated for discovery and assigned to this court. Ford and MBNA1 now move for summary judgment claiming that the Stoller patent was anticipated...
