On October 17, 1986, appellant Michael E. Henderson filed a complaint against Daniel Zuckerman seeking damages for injuries arising out of a January 11, 1986 motor vehicle accident. His original complaint was amended on December 18, 1986 to assert that Zuckerman's employer, AT & T Information Systems, Inc.
